Short of that, each case will be handled on an individual basis.


It is not our policy to refund money for an item the way Walley World does.  If there is a manufacturers defect in a new item and we can return the item for credit then certainly we will  send you another item.  If we have no more of that item then we will offer you a store credit or your money back. 

Every used item that leaves this store has been checked for correct function.  If you receive an item that is defective or does not function properly we want to hear from you. 

If you receive an item that has arrived in a damaged box or that you suspect was damaged in transit we need to know that in order to file the proper insurance claims on your behalf.  We do not refund shipping charges because that money was paid to the carrier to transport the item to you.
